Architectural
What types of exterior modifications require approval?
All exterior modifications or improvements must be approved through the association’s architectural control process. Please submit your application via TownSq.
How do I submit an architectural modification request?
- Log in to TownSq. If you’re not registered, sign up using your HOA account number and property zip code.
- Select “Architectural Review” from the left menu.
- Click “Submit Project,” complete the form, and upload any supporting documents or photos.
- Click “Save” to submit your project for review. (Note: This feature is available on the website, not the mobile app.)
- You can track your application status by logging back into TownSq.
How long does approval take?
The Architectural Control Committee reviews applications and may take up to 21 days from the date all required information is received. To avoid delays, provide as much detail as possible with your application.
How do I check the status of my application?
You can view your application status and ask questions in the Message section of the Architectural Review feature in TownSq.
Board Meetings
How do I find out about upcoming Board meetings?
Board meeting dates and times are posted in the News and Events section of TownSq. If you’ve registered your email, you’ll also receive meeting details via email.
Common Area Maintenance
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Submit a request via TownSq, including a photo and detailed description if possible. You can track the status of your request in TownSq.
What is the trash/waste pick-up schedule?
Visit the City of Round Rock Solid Waste & Recycling page for details.
How do I get a mailbox key?
Contact the City of Round Rock post office.
Compliance
Received a violation notice?
Contact the Compliance Department at compliance@goodwintx.com or submit a request via TownSq and assign it to Compliance.
How do I report a neighbor’s violation?
Submit a request through TownSq, assign it to Compliance, and include details and photos if possible.
How often are compliance inspections?
Compliance drivers typically visit the community bi-weekly, with additional spot inspections as needed.
Where can I find community rules for tenants?
Download the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) from www.goodwintx.com by searching your community name.

Rules & Regulations
Rental/Leasing Policy:
All homes must be used for single-family residential purposes only. No commercial or non-residential use is allowed.
Pet Policy:
No livestock or poultry. Up to 4 adult household pets (cats, dogs, etc.) are allowed per lot, not for commercial purposes.
Parking Policy:
No campers, boats, trailers, RVs, or non-passenger vehicles may be kept in view. The association does not regulate street parking; contact the City of Round Rock for street issues.
